When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, governorate, city and delivery address. That is all we ask for, and we ask for it only so we can deliver to you.

How we use it

Your details are used to confirm your order by phone, to create the shipment with our courier, and to contact you about that order. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone except the courier delivering your parcel.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 24 months so we can handle returns and answer questions about past orders, then deleted.

Cookies and measurement

We use analytics and advertising measurement tools that may set cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser without losing the ability to order.

Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on the email or WhatsApp number below and we will respond within 30 days.
